quick + cheap bathroom makeover

The guest bathroom in our house was the one room in our house that hadn’t gotten any love. Knowing that we’re thinking of moving within the year, I decided to go ahead and spruce things up in there for a quick and inexpensive update. This is a story of the power of paint + new fixtures. One of those things you wish you’d done a year ago.

Here are the before pictures. It actually looks better in these pictures than it did in real life. A faded blue color on the walls and old hardware didn’t make for the most inviting space.

I repainted the walls a light grey and swapped out the hardware + faucet for something new. All in all, a much upgraded space for less than about $100? I’ll call it a win!
