identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs! In and of themselves not super fun, but it is super fun to know they exist because that means you can work towards getting rid of them! Limiting beliefs are unconscious thoughts that are holding you back. Did you know that 95% of our thoughts are subconscious. Those ingrained mental habits practically run our lives. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t sign up to live by rules that I set for myself that I may no longer need or agree with.

how i'm flowing through to dos

I can completely understand how someone might think that my focus on alignment before action and finding flow would be completely unproductive or an excuse to be lazy. For me, it’s important that I’m putting my best into my work and that means working when it feels awesome to do so. I value quality work over quantity which means that if I’m only working on something because I “should” then it’s not the energy and quality I want to bring to my work.

when to nail down the rug

Our front door is unreasonably snug against the floor. As in every time you opened the door, the rug would move with door. It literally drove me batty. This went on for several months. I bought the thinnest mat I could find, but the madness continued. How was anyone supposed to wipe their feet! I don’t want to be stuck on the same thoughts every day unless they are happy, healthy and productive. Cleaning up the nuisance thoughts like “what should I do with that rug” or “I really need to touch up that trim” is an easy and relieving way to make room for new, more productive thoughts.

Alignment time in the morning is an easy and really enjoyable thing to do to make your days better – whether you’re doing it for law of attraction purposes or not.

tapping into your best self

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping is a technique very similar to acupuncture that capitalizes on the meridians in your body but that can very easily be done at home without any training. One of the biggest reasons I love tapping is because it’s easy and makes me feel better immediately. Tapping can be used to improve physical health, strengthen relationships, boost confidence, curb anxiety – honestly, there’s probably an EFT video for anything you’d like to change or improve.

the value of an anti-routine

Do you ever have those days where everything just feels hard? Or on the flip side, do you have days where you crush everything on your to-do list quickly and easily? Most people don’t consider the fact that you can choose which type of day to have. Using your time in the morning to align with who you want to be that day and to set yourself up to have the best day possible is not time consuming, it’s actually more efficient.

athleisure 3 ways

Everyone says it’s important to get up and get dressed when working from home and I definitely agree, but it just feels pointless to put on a nice outfit just to walk upstairs and sit at my computer. But since I know the power of feeling good in what you’re wearing, I’ve come up with a few athleisure options that make me feel confident and comfortable at the same time.
